However, as a member of the National Security Committee, it is necessary for me to draw attention to these risks. The Hungarian authorities and secret services had to work hard to ensure that the spread of the fake news did not cause more trouble, that no lives were lost, and that Syrians enraged by the fake news did not carry out terrorist acts in Hungary. (The Office for the Protection of the Constitution did not unwisely launch an investigation into the case.)
Just for the sake of facts: the Syrian embassy in Budapest had to be protected due to an incident, the members of the Hungarian embassy in Damascus had to be evacuated and transported to another country.
But Hungarians are currently staying in Syria. In this atmosphere, the one who once again publishes fake news, which is picked up by the international press, and is also distributed on social media by Tisza fans with restrained thinking, is playing with fire and human lives as if there was no tomorrow.
But can the Tisza party or Péter Magyar guarantee that West European terrorist cells, opponents of Bashar al-Assad, will not come to Hungary to take revenge or carry out a bloody act as a result of the fake news? You don't know, but they keep spreading it.
they put the security of our compatriots and our country at risk, they weaken Hungary. That's the real goal. The foreign destination.
And if someone does this on purpose, he is guilty. The attic is already full of Péter Magyar's lies (there are others for sensible people), but this time he has gone beyond all limits: he is putting the lives and safety of our compatriots in danger with the irresponsible, unscrupulous spreading of horror stories! So far and no more!
