In addition to the development of the program's services, the gap-filling measure also raises the quality of government windows to a new level

From January, the possibility to register for the Gondosóra program will also start in government offices, the Minister of Public Administration and Regional Development announced in a Facebook video on Friday.

Tibor Navracsics said: it will now be possible to apply for Gondoso not only online and on the toll-free toll-free number, but also in person at every government window. In addition to the development of the program's services, this gap-filling measure also raises the quality of the government windows to a new level, expressing the directness and customer-centeredness of the relationship between citizens and the state, he added.

The head of the department encouraged everyone to take advantage of the new opportunity for quick and personal registration.

In the video, Zsolt Nyitrai, chief adviser to the prime minister, talked about the fact that the bourgeois government led by Viktor Orbán operates a service state. This means: the cabinet makes everyday life easier for people and social groups with its decisions and measures.

Their common goal is for citizens to have the simplest and widest possible access to community services, he said, citing as examples digital citizenship, with which administration "moves" to mobile phones, and the Care Hour, which provides assistance with the push of a single button.

In relation to the latter, he reminded us that every third citizen over the age of 65 is now a Gondosóra user. Making it possible to apply in government windows also indicates: what the service provider state is like in practice, he emphasized.
