This week, in the series of healthy and tasty dishes, Péter Buday shows how to make vanilla curd cream, pineapple coconut curd cream, and curd cream with student treats . The chef's "student" is also Norbert Heizler, the national coordinator of the CÖF.

RECIPES:

Vanilla Curd Cream

I break the cottage cheese and mix it with the yogurt. I flavor it with baked apple cream and honey. I mix vanilla aroma into it. Of course, grated lemon and orange peel are also delicious. I add fresh apples or pears.

400 g of low-fat cow's cottage cheese

100 g of yogurt

Grated peel of 1 lemon or orange

100 g of fried egg cream

40 g of honey

15 ml of vanilla flavor or ½ stick of vanilla

Pineapple coconut curd cream

I break the cottage cheese and mix it with the yogurt. I flavor it with baked apple cream and honey. I also mix in a little vanilla aroma. I add the chopped pineapple. If possible, then fresh, because there is no added sugar in it. I mix in the grated coconut. I also grate the peel of a lemon or an orange.

Attention, the ratio of cottage cheese and yogurt has changed here, because the coconut absorbs a lot of moisture.

250 g of low-fat cow's cottage cheese

150 g of yogurt

50 g grated coconut

150 g of fresh pineapple

Grated peel of 1 lemon or orange

100 g of fried egg cream

40 g of honey

8 ml of vanilla flavor or ½ stick of vanilla

Curd cream with student treats
