The American news portal The Blaze reported that Walt Disney, one of the world's largest media conglomerates, recently launched its latest series of training programs specifically designed to combat racial inequality for its white employees. The corporate training includes the following modules: "systemic racism", "white privilege", "white vulnerability", "microaggression", "anti-racism".
According to the manual of the training series, systemic racism and transphobia in America go back for many years, and among the arguments put forward to support this statement, the information that the coronavirus epidemic in America claimed the highest number of deaths among the black population is also mentioned.
In-service training curriculum asks employees not to question the company's black employees' personal experiences with systemic racism. The book also warns the participants of further training that racism against black Americans should not be confused with discrimination against other communities of color living in America, because racism against blacks has a unique history and history,
which created the type of racism that manifests itself only against blacks, not against other minorities.
In the new training program, Disney summarizes in 75 points and literature on the subject a list of recommendations to guide "what white people can do for racial justice," such as "defund the police," " remove from your bookshelf all books about colonialism and slavery", "support financially an activist group that opposes white privilege, such as the Black Lives Matter movement", "awaken your child's sensitivity to racial justice at an early age", by justifying the latter recommendation that "even babies are discriminated on the basis of race".
the Walt Disney Company asks its white employees to check and see their own privileged, privileged position by going through the "White Privilege List",
which includes these verification criteria: "I was born white", "I am heterosexual", "I am male", "I identify with my gender at birth", "I have never been raped", "I do not use public transport", "I have never been called a terrorist".
In the training curriculum, Disney advises employees to move away from the "axis" that has been the norm for them: the dominant culture and values of white communities, in a different direction.
one of the figures in the book mentions that children can have racist expressions even at the age of three months,
but four-year-olds "will almost certainly be partial to whites," writes The Blaze, citing film expert Christopher F. Rufo.
