The government is spending unprecedented sums on job creation

Budget 2022 is the budget for the restart. They have never spent as much money on creating jobs as they did when planning this budget, said György László, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Technology, in a video uploaded to the government's official Facebook page on Thursday.

The state secretary added: the goal is for every Hungarian who wants to work to have a job. These are achieved in the following ways: the tax burden on work is reduced by 2 percentage points, which actually corresponds to HUF 30,000, so an employee can take home even more.

Those under the age of 25 are exempt from personal income tax, which helps half a million young Hungarians to increase their annual income by an average of half a million more. The government is announcing more than HUF 1,000 billion for the development of enterprises, the strengthening of jobs and the creation of new jobs.

In the video, László György also talked about the fact that the number of nursery and kindergarten places will be increased in order to promote the employment of mothers with children, which means 70,000 nursery places in 2022, compared to the 2010 data, which was 32,000 there was room, more than twice as much.
