According to a survey by the Viewpoint Institute, 62 percent of those surveyed are satisfied with the government's measures against the coronavirus epidemic.

Social satisfaction with government measures against the coronavirus rose to a level of 62 percent, similar to the beginning of the year. During the third wave, this decreased somewhat, but the high data measured now and the fact that the satisfaction index did not drop below fifty percent during the epidemic.

The social satisfaction of almost two-thirds, which is also rare in Europe, can have several reasons. The high vaccination rate, multi-source vaccine procurement, vaccine abundance and reopening due to effective control all contributed to this value.

According to Magyar Nemzet, the satisfaction of the pro-government respondents is not surprising, 89 percent of them did not find any fault in the handling of the epidemic. From the point of view of next year's election, however, it is more important that 26 percent of those who oppose the government and 45 percent of those who are unsure are satisfied with the government's performance.
