Nope, nope! The Union of Hungarian Civil Servants, Civil Servants and Public Service Workers is protesting. More specifically, its politically motivated leadership, because I believe that their opinion would be shared by the majority of the membership.

They protest, but not independently. They believe that the power is with them, more specifically the European Confederation of Independent Trade Unions (CESI). They protest against the so-called homophobic law, which actually protects our children and grandchildren from sexual deviance. But this outrage is bleeding from several wounds.

At the very least, they don't even know how many there are. In their announcement, they mention nearly 6 million members, and in another, more than 5 million members, which not only causes problems with numbers, but also involves some vile slippage. In the text of the declaration, the numbers of the two groupings are mixed up - I won't say cleverly - so the superficial reader may believe that the Hungarian trade union has "more than 5 million" members. Which, right, would give weight to what they say. But there isn't, because the text also shows that the Hungarian trade union has 8, i.e. eight thousand, members. Compared to the nearly 10 million citizens, this does not even mean 0.1 tenth. This is only if all of their members agree with them, which is hardly believable.

As for the European Community of Independent Trade Unions, it is suspicious in itself if someone or some organizations call themselves independent. It almost certainly isn't. On the other hand, they have nothing to do with Hungarian laws.

As for the comprehension of the union members, well, let's go back to the lower grades of elementary school and see if we can do better in such tasks. They argue that discrimination based on sexual orientation is prohibited.

That's true. But where is the distinction? The law does not persecute or discriminate against homosexuals, lesbians or persons of other orientations, it only tries to prevent the corruption of our children. It prohibits any kind of sexual propaganda among minors without distinction. Point. No persecution, no hate - only child protection.

Do you know, my union gentlemen (I hope there are no ladies among them, they tend to have more sense), what they really demand? That minors can be freely corrupted! I would run screaming from such a union...

You are asking János Áder not to sign the law. And we demand that you do this as soon as possible. Children are important to us, if not to you.
