On this occasion, it would be good to revive and strengthen the thread that connects us to the universe, to create an environment where we can experience it - Mária Petrás, who was recently asked to be the herald of the Eucharistic Congress, told 061.hu.

According to the Prima Primissima and Hungarian Heritage award-winning folk singer and ceramist, the humble and grateful outlook on life of our ancestors can give us an example that we should also be happy when we can open our eyes in the morning and see the sun again.

Mária Petrás ... spoke about the fact that the Congress is a holiday that will also be suitable for paying attention to how we connect to "divine things". As he put it, the greatest strength is when we find a way to merge with God in everyday life. It would be good on this occasion to revive and strengthen the thread that connects us to the universe, to create an environment where we can experience this.

Mária Petrás also said that the Hungarians across the border are also preparing, but how they will be able to physically get to the congress does not depend only on them.

He emphasized: we must return to the teachings of Jesus, because he was not as limited as we are. Very often I see in the believers, but even within the church, the limitations that have nothing to do with the teachings of Jesus, and which must be overcome.
