In tune with the holiday, the public service channels are preparing a number of religious-themed programs even before the biggest event of the Catholic world church. September 5-12. and during live broadcasts, they report on the most decisive events and the most exciting moments.

The public media offers its viewers a stream of historical and unrepeatable programs, since after 1938, Hungary once again hosts the NEK. On September 1st, a new 12-part daily series called Œbenne started on Duna Television, which can be seen in the early afternoons. Well-known persons - among others Magdi Rúzsa, Gianni Annoni, Béla Szerednyei - testify primarily about their faith and their personal relationship with God. An 8-part liturgical series begins on September 5. The Mystery sheds light on the deeper meaning of the parts and events of the Roman Catholic Mass, and introduces viewers to their theological and spiritual depths.

From September 6, the returning Family Friend and the Almárium await the viewers with themes related to the event. On weekday evenings, you can see a summary of the most important events of the day in the studio show MennkiNEK. Sitting in front of the screens, you can follow live the weekend programs that promise a lasting experience: the solemn opening and Holy Mass on September 5 from 2:50 p.m., and the Holy Mass and Eucharistic candlelight procession on September 11 from 4:40 p.m.

From 7:30 a.m. on September 12, the channel will broadcast Pope Francis' visit to Budapest, including the festive closing mass. The events of the weekend can also be followed online on Duna's Facebook page.

The M5 cultural channel also focuses on the large-scale program in a manner worthy of the event's status, and tries to show its importance by looking at its past.
September 5-10. between 16.30 and 16.30 will show portrait films made with the participants of the 1938 congress under the title A Pledge for a Better Future. From Monday to Friday, from 7 p.m., Libretto offers content related to the celebration in light of the celebration, it will discuss the appearance of biblical themes in various art forms, as well as the current events of the NEK. On September 6, from 9 p.m., viewers can see the two-part biographical film Ferenc, the Pope of the People. In the Evening Psalm, poems related to the ethos of the event are recited.

On the occasion of the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress, the channel was created with 52 hymns for 52 weeks. Kossuth Radio also focuses on religious and cultural content. It approaches the topic from aspects that provide valuable content for everyone. In the programs, the volunteers working in the background and the NEK messengers also introduce themselves, and the students can also get an answer to the question of whether the existence of God can be scientifically proven in relation to science and religion.

The King Above the Earth radio play can be heard until September 3. On September 5, the Sunday Newspaper will talk about the Theological Symposium in Esztergom and you can hear an interview with Cardinal Péter Erdő. At 10.05, Meet Jesus Live! in the series of portraits, another exclusive conversation with one of NEK's invited speakers will be heard.

The opening mass will be broadcast live by Kossuth Rádió, and from Monday it will be broadcast from Hungexpo, which hosts NEK's programs.

András Veres, Csongor Szerdahelyi, János Székely, Szabolcs Sajgó, Kornél Fábry and Csaba Böjte share their thoughts with the listeners on the program Napköbzen every weekday from 9 am to 10 am. The Kalendárium covers NEK's prestigious cultural programs.

On September 11, the Országjáró team will report on Family Day in Margitsziget from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., then from 4:30 p.m. the channel will report on the Holy Mass and the Eucharistic candlelit procession from Kossuth Square to Hősök Square. In addition to the main events, the program recalls the events of the 1938 congress, connecting the past and the present.

September 12th is dedicated to the visit of Pope Francis, the papal mass will be broadcast live on the radio from 11.30 am. Broadcasts related to world events and religion can be viewed on Bizony, Isten! on YouTube channel.
