The disintegration of the socialist party continues. On Saturday morning, the MSZP national ethics and disciplinary council expelled three veteran politicians from the party, László Szakács from Komló, Katalin Juhászné Lévai from Hajdú-Bihar and Mihály Mokrai, the former mayor of Miskolc, Magyar Nemzet learned . The party leadership accused all of them of colluding with the DK.

Gyula Molnár, former party chairman, told ATV that the agreement between the DK and the MSZP stated that the former socialist party chairman would continue his work in the DK faction after the election, and then the news came that the MSZP would suspend Molnár's membership, and since then was also expelled from the party. It also turned out that Gergely Karácsony, Ferenc Gyurcsány and the current co-chairman of the MSZP, Bertalan Tóth, agreed to hand over Molnár to the DK.

Compared to this, it seems that the left-wing parties not only take away the decision-making opportunity from their own voters by taking steps back in favor of each other , but also sell their own politicians to each other almost like market buckets.

According to Magyar Nemzet, the MSZP can count on a wave of exits this week as a result of the astonishing purge of the Bertalan Tóth-Ágnes Kunhalmi party leadership.
