Fourteen questions are included in the government's next national consultation, to which people can send their answers until August 25. The questions also concern the level of the minimum wage, family allowances, migration, the credit moratorium and taxes.
According to the first question, many people believe that the world has changed in many ways after the epidemic, that a more dangerous era has begun. Hungary must be strengthened so that it can meet the new challenges. According to others, everything will go back to the way it was before the epidemic, so there is no need for this.
"There are those who say that the strengthening of Hungary should begin by raising the minimum wage. The minimum wage must be raised to HUF 200,000, because this also ensures that not only companies but also the Hungarian people benefit from economic growth. According to others, this is not necessary," the series of questions continues.
According to another question, there are those who say that Hungary can be strengthened if we give constitutional protection to family allowances, low taxes burdening work and pensions, so that no government can take them away from the people during crises.
According to others, this is not necessary, let the people pay the price of crises. "There are those who say that in order to strengthen Hungary, it would be important to strive for Hungary to have the lowest taxes on labor in Europe. According to others, this is not necessary, it is necessary to return to the policy of the Gyurcsány era, and the taxes on work should be raised" - the government is also asking the people to decide on this.
"There are those who suggest that if the government succeeds in raising the rate of economic growth above 5.5 percent, then the parents raising children will get back their taxes paid in 2021 (up to the tax level of the average wage), since they bore the greatest burden of the epidemic under. According to others, this is not necessary," the consultation states.
The series of questions continues: "some people believe that the loan moratorium should be extended from September 2021 to July next year, so that those families and businesses that are in need continue to be exempted from repaying the loan. According to the banks, this is not necessary, the loan moratorium should be lifted and everyone should pay it off".
"Brussels will abuse its power again after the epidemic, it will initiate proceedings against our country in order to impose its will on the Hungarians. Some people think that Hungary should take on the disputes and stand up for the people. According to others, Hungary should yield to Brussels," the questionnaire states.
"Brussels wants to impose new taxes on us in order to make Hungarian families pay the costs of environmental pollution and climate change caused by multinational companies through higher utility prices" - the government is also asking people's opinions on this.
Among the questions is also the issue related to the child protection law: "Organizations financed by George Soros have launched a broad international attack against Hungary because of the law on the protection of children. This law prohibits sexual content propaganda directed at children in kindergartens, schools and media accessible to children.”
"György Soros will attack Hungary again after the epidemic, because the Hungarians oppose illegal migration. Some people think that the pressure exerted by the Soros organizations should be resisted, while others think that Hungary should give way in the migration debate," the series of questions continues.
Another question is about: "many people think that in the age of epidemics, it is a huge danger if everyone can travel freely to Hungary. The possibility of imposing epidemiological restrictions in the event of the emergence of new waves of epidemics must be maintained, and the possibility of entering Hungary from countries affected by epidemics only with a health visa must be maintained.
Others think that the epidemic is over, and the possibility of free entry from all
countries should be provided without restriction."
"According to the Brussels bureaucrats and György Soros' organizations, the importation of immigrants should be accelerated in the years after the epidemic. Migrants arriving by sea must be distributed among European countries. The Hungarian government does not support any mandatory distribution. According to the government's position, even after the epidemic, migrants can only be accepted on a voluntary basis, and it is not possible to distribute them among the countries of the Union in a mandatory manner," the consultation includes, and also goes on to say: "there are those who believe that in the two years after the epidemic, migrantSTOP is needed. The borders must be completely closed to migrants, because they can bring new virus mutations into Hungary.
According to the bureaucrats in Brussels, the reception of migrants arriving during the epidemic should not be refused."
The consultation concludes: "during the epidemic, it was clear that there was a great struggle for vaccines on the international market. There are those who believe that this vulnerability must be eliminated in the age of epidemics, which is why a Hungarian vaccine factory is needed. According to others, this is not necessary."
