In Józsefváros, András Pikó sold district properties for one and a half billion forints during the state of emergency, under his own authority, alone. I think this is called a brutal increase in wealth, selling the future, and the left-wing propaganda press is silent again. (And somehow Piko himself forgot to write a post.)
Our not-so-smart and not-so-hardworking, on the other hand, extremely arrogant mayor quickly got involved in swindling and evading wealth, and it seems that the world's money is not enough to pay his buddies and the increased political costs.
Let's look at 3 facts from the documents signed by András Pikó!
- He took over the district without debt and with a surplus of 13 billion. (Just for comparison: when I became mayor, I inherited HUF 11 billion in debt, thanks to, for example, the local MSZP president György Molnár, who is now giving advice to the local government as a C8 "civilian", and most recently the street was closed in front of his favorite pub. )
- The district had almost HUF 5(!) billion left over from last year. Wasn't that the year when Pikó lied that "the government is looting the district".
- Never before has Józsefváros managed a budget as big as András Pikó this year. This means HUF 28 billion. (Ours was around 17-21 billion at the time, but we were able to constantly renovate it, now almost nothing happens in the district, on the contrary, everything is rotting.)
These are the facts. Now, in spite of all this, they began to accumulate wealth on a large scale, in the process they even sold the Balaton beach to their sailing buddies. Perhaps it will be time to slowly deal with András Pikó's statement that: "I can't do anything, I have to pay six parties".
