On Thursday, the Prime Minister in the Czech House of Representatives described the call of the EU leaders as "speech". The representatives of the opposition Czech Pirate Party, who during the interpellations asked Babis why he did not sign the appeal of the European leaders accepted in Brussels on June 22, were called traitors by the prime minister in connection with the support for migration, who are trying to destroy the Czech Republic according to the instructions of Brussels.
"They (members of sexual minorities) want some kind of rights. I will not sign any kind of plagiarism dictated to you by someone from Europe," Czech Prime Minister Tomás Martínka to the question of the pro-piracy representative, who asked whether the Czech Republic would join the EU leaders' call to criticize Hungary. "I don't know why I would do this," stated Andrej Babis.
According to the Czech Prime Minister, the Czech Republic and Hungary are sovereign countries. "I don't know why we should interfere in the affairs of the Hungarians regarding their laws," explained Andrej Babis. He believed that the controversial Hungarian law does not affect sexual life, but serves to protect children and parents. "Children should be brought up by the parents, not by some civil organization," he underlined.
He noted that he personally has no problem with homosexuals and has several friends among them.
