The European Commission, with the support of the European Parliament, wants Hungary to allow LGBTQ activists and organizations into kindergartens and schools, Judit Varga said on the radio on Sunday, then stated that our country does not want this.

"We hit a nerve here, and although the child protection law does not violate any European standards, it hurts the EC and the EP"

The minister stated that they are over the first, very impolite request: "The EC usually contacts the member states with a two-month deadline when it believes that one of its laws is not in line with EU standards, in this case they were given a one-week deadline. The letter of June 23 had to be answered by the 30th, and this was done.

Judit Varga said that they "principledly reject" the European Court of Justice or any other European body prescribing how to live and think in Hungary and how Hungarian parents should raise their children.

The Minister of Justice noted that the government strove for a very constructive and constructive dialogue with the EU bodies, on the other hand, the committee believed to violate almost all EU norms in connection with the Child Protection Act.

"The Hungarian government rejects these legal positions. This is an open competence of the Member States, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union states that parents have the sole right to determine the child's upbringing"

According to the minister, you can see how the EC works in a politically heightened environment, so it is clear that they will not find this satisfactory.

A very constructive dialogue has been going on for months about the recovery plans, and the Hungarian recovery package is being put together in accordance with EU rules. At the same time, the committee has had new demands since the Child Protection Act, said Judit Varga. These two things cannot be connected, since the two have nothing to do with each other.

"The money owed to the Hungarian people cannot be tied to ideological conditions. This was also clearly stated in the agreement of the state and heads of government last December".

We would like to add that the European Parliament and the European Commission rigidly adhere to the common rules only if it is in the immediate interest of the globalists, but they vilify the same rules without batting an eye if they hinder the implementation of their noble intentions. More simply: Hungary argues on the basis of EU law, the globalists act by undermining EU law. Any agreement will be violated at any time, so there is very little hope that they won't do it now.

Of course, you can hope, you can argue, but it doesn't hurt to accept the Roman saying (allegedly from Julius Caesar): "Si vis pacem, para bellum" . If you want peace prepare for war.
