A contemporary art exhibition related to the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress entitled "And the world is resounding" opened on Monday at the headquarters of the Human Resource Support Management (EMET) in Budapest.

Zsolt Monszpart, the general director of EMET, said at the opening of the exhibition: the main mission of the institution is to contribute to the fact that the Hungarian people can prosper as much as possible at home and in the Carpathian basin with their own creativity, talent and expertise. In this spirit, the exhibiting artists were asked to help the spiritual preparation for the 52nd International Eucharistic Congress with the message formed in their masterpieces.

At the opening of the exhibition of the Human Resources Fund, the National Cultural Fund and the Petőfi Literary Museum, Cardinal Péter Erdő, Archbishop of Esztergom-Budapest, spoke about the following: in order for our souls to return to normality, trust must be restored in medicine, pharmaceutical production, mass media, in public institutions, in international cooperation. He emphasized that as isolated individuals, we cannot effectively face the forces of nature, including epidemics.

"Without Christian art, we cannot talk about art, since the basic concepts were laid down by Christian art," Miklós Kásler, Minister of Human Resources, said at the opening, emphasizing that everything that elevates a person's life, that corresponds to the divine commandment, i.e. from the church started out.
