But why is the preparation of the monument of the former president of the republic so important for the "bleeded-out municipality"?

Last year, Gergely Őrsi justified the plan by saying that they cannot forget Uncle Árpi's "mischievous look", they cannot and do not want to be separated from him. However, many questions arise regarding the former president of the republic. For example, the role he played in the taxi blockade, or the fact that Göncz, who went from being a communist to a liberal, was weirded out, looked down upon, hated by all former revolutionaries and freedom fighters except Vásárhelyi's brigade of fifty-six, depending on his temperament. They didn't understand how he made such a big turn of events. But it seems that none of this matters to the Őrsi: they are erecting a statue of Uncle Árpi, even if, according to them, the evil government bled the local governments...
