Based on the experience of the supermarket chain, it was found that we buy notebooks, stationery and paper goods several times a year, and school bags and pencil cases for our school children every 2-3 years.

The situation is particularly difficult for families who have to prepare for several children starting school, and the supermarket chain wants to make this period easier for large families this year as well. Last year, out of 65,000 school supplies, 1,700 families with several children received school start packages, and similarly good results are expected from this year's campaign. In addition, this year, like last year's campaign, Auchan's employees will also be able to help with the collection.

It's almost time to buy school supplies again, and for those families who raise several school-aged children, shopping can be stressful, even if they really only buy the most necessary tools. That is why Auchan Hungary and the National Association of Large Families want to relieve the burden on large families with a joint collection campaign.

For the fourth time this year, the department store chain is asking its customers to buy one or two more products so that with the help of NOE, they can get to where they are most needed. The special feature of this year's collection is that several volunteers from Auchan's staff will help to make it as successful as possible.

"We always emphasize how strongly solidarity lives in Auchan's corporate culture, but I think that it is through activities like this that it really shows how true this is. Last year, it was great to see how many school children and their families we helped together with our customers and NOE. We hope for at least this kind of successful collection this year, so we ask our customers that when they choose from the wide range of our stores, they should remember what great results we can achieve together," said Hajnalka Széll, Auchan's national human resources director.

"We can't be grateful enough that the collection will take place this year as well. This is an indescribably great help for large families every year, since school supplies are essential accessories for a child's life, and the purchase of even the simplest equipment places a huge financial burden on families. We would like to thank everyone who will participate in the collection in advance," added Katalin Kardosné Gyurkó, president of NOE.
