In September, the world will pay attention to Hungary because of the International Eucharistic Congress, the Budapest Demographic Summit and the hunting exhibition, because these events arouse the interest of many - the minister without portfolio responsible for families said on Kossuth Rádió Good morning, Hungary! in his show.
Katalin Novák said: the demographic summit has been held every two years since 2015, and the focus of the event is that demographic problems should be solved by supporting families instead of mass immigration.
Hungary can set a good example of this, because although it spends the most on supporting families, the economy is performing well, the desire to have children has increased the most, and the number of divorces is at a 60-year low.
He said that this year there are eight guests at the level of heads of state and government - in addition to Viktor Orbán, former US Vice President Mike Pence, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Slovenian Janez Jansa, Polish Mateusz Morawiecki, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis and Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger, as well as Milorad Dodik, will speak. the Serbian member of the three-member Bosnian state presidency - and many scientists, thinkers, and workers at NGOs representing families will also come to the event.
Katalin Novák also spoke about: according to an amendment to the decree, every public educational institution must have a person who can help diabetic children, for example, administer insulin, or knows how to treat them if the child moves around a lot. More than a thousand teachers have been trained for this task, but even school nurses can participate. There is an additional allowance for performing the task.
He also informed: in public catering, it must also be ensured that those who have a medically proven need for diet meals - for example, those with food allergies and diabetes - have access to appropriate food. And if you bring your own food, you need to take care of proper cooling and heating, added Katalin Novák.
