The parliament of János Hunyadi must not be forgotten! - is said in the video clip of the tradition-preserving whirlwind organized by the Patriots, inviting those interested to the KIRÁLYFEST on the weekend of September 11-12.

Királydomb is located in the Xth district of the capital, in the area bounded by Nagyicce Street, Pilisi Street and Dorogi Street. The western side of the hill is now built up with residential buildings, while the eastern part of the hill is currently an area with free access, so it is suitable for fulfilling the function of a national monument.

Gergely Agócs, the Cimbaliband, Hollóének Hungarica, Pál István "Szalonna" and the Fonó band, as well as Ági Szalóki and his band, Tabulatúra and László Waszlavik Gazember will perform at the KIRÁLYFEST. The event, supported by the Ministry of Human Resources, is free to attend.

As one of the biggest attractions of the family-friendly event, the reconstructed medieval royal tent, which according to tradition stood at the highest point of the Rákos field, on top of Királydomb, will be re-erected.

In 2020, the parliament - with a unanimous vote - on the proposal of the Patriots declared Királydomb, the site of the medieval Rákosmeze parliaments, where King Matthias was elected king, from where the Hungarian warriors marched to war, and where a country declared that it would never again ask for a foreigner, to be a national memorial site ruler. The purpose of KIRÁLYFEST is to bring back to the public consciousness the place where the ancestors decided the fate of the country.
