Human life is entitled to protection from conception and must be protected under all circumstances. Even if the imperfection of life and the body is only slightly noticeable or completely visible, said Katalin Novák, the minister responsible for families, at the handover of the new building of the Immánuel Home and School in Debrecen, where seventy children with disabilities are cared for.

The family is a resource, so it must be protected, even when it has difficulties and even when it seems that its everyday life is easier - said Katalin Novák at the dedication of the school maintained by the Reformed Parish of Debrecen-Nagytemplomi.

Katalin Novák said that the Hungarian government provided financial support for the expansion of the home. This can only express a fraction of the work and service performed by the employees of the home, he added.

Bishop Zoltán Balog, the president of the Synod of the Hungarian Reformed Church, spoke in his words of greeting about the opening of a space, area and "incarnation" where God opens opportunities for action.

Speaking about the importance of acceptance, love and patience, Fidesz member of parliament Lajos Kósa said that you can learn the most about these concepts in this institution.

Here you can experience the deeply human essence of love, on which nothing is imposed, no mannerisms, no gestures, no ulterior motives, he said.

The Immánuel Home and School is one of the most beautiful and important assets of caring Debrecen, said László Papp, the mayor of the city. He explained that the workers there try every day to show the children entrusted to them that life holds a lot of joy for them and that they are not lost, they and their parents are not left without support in what may at first seem like a hopeless situation.
