In this chapter, the Rose-Colored Comrades are formed…

The Belgian federal police on Monday launched an investigation into the placement of anti-LGBT stickers on public squares in Antwerp and Ghent, large cities in the Flemish region of Belgium, the Belgian news portal The Brussels Times reported on Monday.

The stickers feature the rainbow flag symbolizing the LGBT community crossed by a black stripe and framed with the text "just normal". Several LGBT activists made an official report to the law enforcement agencies about the wall stickers. A spokesperson for the Flemish police confirmed that their so-called diversity unit is continuing the investigation, and that a report is being prepared on charges of hate crime and vandalism.

According to Dutch press reports, on Monday the police in Rotterdam also launched an investigation against unknown criminals who vandalized the office building of a gay rights organization with signs considered homophobic over the weekend. According to the president of the organization, the attack is related to the establishment of the association sympathizing with gays called Rozsászát Elvtársak.

Last month, an arson attack took place in the Rotterdam gym of the founder of the Pink Comrades, and homophobic signs were scrawled on the walls of the building.
