Under this title, Magyar Hírlap publishes an interview with Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa, who considers family support to be a key issue and sees the encouragement of mass immigration as fatal for Europe. We present some details from the interview with the Prime Minister who participated in the Demographic Summit.

- In Europe, they want to deal with demographic problems in different ways.
What is the more sustainable approach, immigration or family support? – It is clear that the support of families must be a priority . If we look back at the past decades, we can see that the majority of EU countries have neglected this problem. We talked about everything else, but not about demography, even though it is a key issue: if there are no people, there is nothing. There is no Europe without Europeans, no Hungary without Hungarians, no Slovenia without Slovenes. Migration is not a new thing, it has been and will be. In history, we have seen that in different civilizations they can live peacefully side by side, but if they force their mixing, then in most cases it leads to conflict and war. We must learn from this. If we look at the world's demographic trends, it turns out that Europe accounts for six percent of the world's population, and its population is shrinking, while neighboring Africa is growing rapidly. If we open the border, Europe will disappear.

– How do you see the rule of law debate, in which Hungary, Poland and, increasingly, Slovenia are also under great pressure?

– When we entered the union, we were told that we were entering the common space where the expectations and rules are the same for everyone. But now we see that the left is using the rule of law as a political tool to divide member states and citizens into first and second class. They use concepts very creatively to achieve their own political goals. This is not the first case, as the meaning of human rights was twisted for the first time. When that wasn't enough, they came up with the rule of law. If they disagree with something, they realize that the rule of law is being violated.
... The atmosphere that is thus created lays the foundation for the union. We see the double standard: the same law, which is accepted by France, falls under a completely different judgment in the case of Poland, Hungary or even Slovenia.
