We cordially invite you and your family to the performance "Genesis" of the Exit Theater in Krakow, which will be presented on October 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tesla Laboratory in Radnót.
The show features actors with various disabilities. The play is accompanied by live music, the libretto is performed by the well-known Polish musician Marek Piekarczyk, singer of the legendary rock group TSA.
The Exit Theater in Krakow was founded in 2016 by Maciej Sikorski. Elements of shadow theater, live music, and meeting and talking with the creators are an important part of their performances. The aim of the founder of the theater was to create a form of social theater where disabled and healthy members of the company mutually support each other on stage and beyond. The main vocation of the Exit Theater is to reduce the gap between the injured and the healthy. In their lectures, they mostly discuss the books of the Bible and look for possible ways to achieve happiness.
We all know that the "EXIT" sign posted in shops, offices and other public places means an emergency exit. For members of my troupe, the creative work at the Exit Theater offers this kind of opportunity. It helps to break out of the bondage of disability . Maciej Sikorski, founder
