It is clear that Brussels and the Soros network have found another excuse to attack Hungary since the adoption of the Child Protection Act, said Balázs Hidvéghi, Fidesz EP representative. Part of this is the arrival in Budapest of the delegation of the European Parliament's (EP) Civil Rights, Home Affairs and Justice Committee (LIBE). French EP representative Nicolas Bay, one of the members of the delegation, spoke to Kossuth Rádió's Sunday Newspaper program.

He said: "I find it completely natural that Viktor Orbán does not waste his time meeting with the LIBE committee, since he is the Prime Minister of Hungary, he must have a lot of other, more important things to do. It is correct that it does not attach importance to the procedure that is being carried out against their country based on the seventh article. This procedure is based on the taste of the Brussels technocrats. It serves to try to prevent the policies that Hungary follows in favor of population growth, the delivery of LGBTQ propaganda in schools or against migration. Why would he deal with those where five of the seven members of the committee are his political opponents? Those who are either left- or far-left-oriented and who are unable to do objective work. These people came to Budapest with prejudices. We've met a lot of people, but

no one was able to formulate a specific and legitimate criticism of Hungary.

They gave no specifics and had no evidence. This also shows that the visit is just propaganda. This investigation should not be given too much attention because the Council of Europe blocked the seventh article, since several governments do not want to attack Hungary with it.

Since the Council of Europe blocked the seventh article, there was no point in sending the committee to Budapest. Moreover, this should not be done before the elections, as the will of the voters here must be respected. Judit Varga is right, Brussels does not like the law that protects children against pedophilia and that attacks LGBTQ propaganda. We also know that

the European Parliament does not like the fact that Orbán is against the migrant quota,

which, by the way, I think is a national competence and which Brussels cannot interfere with. I also don't like the fact that Hungary adopted a new justice law and abolished the one created under communism. And I think it is also a national competence that LGBTQ rights cannot be imposed on the Hungarian people.

He stated: LIBE should mostly deal with the situation of human rights, but the majority of his colleagues - it should be emphasized that five of the seven members are either left-wing or far-left - only criticize. These are political outbursts, not human rights issues. "

"We also met with actors, actors of cultural life, and politicians. I rarely saw conservative people, if I did, my colleagues immediately switched to a distrustful tone and became aggressive.

A few years ago I visited Warsaw with the same committee. The script was the same. Even then, it was predictable that they did not strive for objectivity. They only saw the Poles as political opponents, they did not try to get to know the reality. And the Poles want to go their own way, they don't want to conform to the Brussels lobby or dictates.

When asked whether the members of the committee were satisfied, he answered:

"I think so, since they could point the finger at a government or a state that does not share their political vision. But they also know for sure that it all makes no sense. Not so much that they start financial blackmail against Poland and Hungary. The good news is that now all this has come to light, we know very well that Brussels is not following the path that the founders dreamed of in many issues. It strives for centralization and does not take national specificities into account.

And they always forget that the current government is always elected by the people. In addition, the current ruling party has the most democratic right to take measures, since it achieved the best result in the European Union. In addition, the recovery money is also used to restart Europe, that is, those who do not want to give this money are driven by purely ideological goals. With this, they want to sanction and weaken Hungary.

Hungary is a bastion of European culture, and I am also sure that democracy works perfectly here, for example media pluralism, in contrast to France. Life here is very pleasant and the streets are much cleaner than in Paris, said Nicolas Bay.
