On September 17, 2006, a series of demonstrations on a scale not seen since the regime change began after Ferenc Gyurcsány's speech at the closed faction meeting of the MSZP in Balatonőszöd was leaked: the Őszöd speech. The police responded to the series of demonstrations that broke out that day in a manner reminiscent of dictatorships: more than 200 civilians were seriously injured as a result of the intimidating actions. The exhibition compiled on the basis of contemporary documents and recordings can be viewed in an exhibition arranged in a truck, which commemorates this dark and bloody period of the recent past on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the beginning of the 2006 protests.
