With the award, the Association of Hungarian Women's Interests, which is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its foundation in 2020, not only wants to recognize the women living and working in the countryside, but also wanted to honor the jubilee anniversary of great importance in the life of the organization with the award.

The Association of Hungarian Women's Interests has been present in public life in Hungary and beyond for 21 years. The founder of the organization is Ilona Ékes , who started the umbrella organization of the Carpathian Basin in the year of the millennium with 16 women's non-governmental organizations that support women with Christian values. its most important objective.
