It wasn't the idea of the Civil Unity Forum, but after the creators of the first Peace March sent their call to the CÖF, the NGO immediately joined the supporters of the second Orbán government. The founding president of the organization, László Csizmadia, remembers the beginnings like this.
– It was understandable that they asked for our support, because an organization must be lined up behind such a movement. We immediately said yes, because we saw that large forces were organized against the democratically elected government. Not to mention that long before the idea of the Peace March, you could feel that the civil side wanted to act. We received many letters, all of which called for action on behalf of the Orbán government. It was in the air, so we were not caught off guard by the journalists' initiative. Let's not forget that there have been strong signals from some circles of the European Union, clearly showing the intention to topple the Fidesz-KDNP government, which wants to restore the country bled to death by the Gyurcsány-Bajnai government. The globalist side tries to deny this afterwards, but every sane person saw and felt it. This is how the intentions met and we organized the first Peace March, where the main focus was on the term "peace". The organization also had the task of keeping the movement peaceful.
"How interesting, as if it happened today." Even now, life is about the fact that the globalists - with strong foreign support - want to keep the Christian-conservative bourgeois government out of the way. That's why the Peace Procession is no longer a one-time event, this is the ninth one. The situation is therefore unchanged, but the accusation is also that the CÖF makes the participants travel from the countryside, even beyond our borders, to the movement.
– This lie can be refuted with a simple mathematical argument. On average, a bus can accommodate 50 people. How many buses would be needed to bring 500,000 people to Budapest? Ten thousand! It's a ridiculous assumption, and it's also mathematically impossible. And it is a downright lie that the CÖF pays for the travel. Those who arrive by separate bus pay their own money for the trip, there is not a penny of CÖF money involved. If they come by train, they pay for the ticket themselves, if they come by car, they cover the fuel from their own pockets. Whether the opposition likes it or not, the fact is that the hearts and souls of the people drove them there. They realized that not only the Orbán government but also our freedom had to be protected. In the "wonderful" West, they didn't even realize how much desire for freedom exists in the Hungarian people, and the globalist opinion leaders were surprised by this stance.
"They don't understand anything else, for example, why we don't accept orders from them without objection." For them, that would be natural, since we were admitted to the Union only as a new market, not as a contradictory country pursuing an independent policy.
– We have already experienced how our countries are treated in the West. They didn't do anything to prevent the Soviet Union from annexing Central and Eastern European countries, that is, by doing nothing, they also ordered us under the Soviet empire. The same thing happened in 1956. It is therefore not surprising that hundreds of thousands of people mobilized to defend our hard-won freedom, and we hope it will continue to do so now. You have to understand, it doesn't matter if we are talking about a Soviet colony or another empire in modern Brussels, because the characteristic of empires is that people are seen as slaves. This can take different forms, since practically even the one who is selling his country out in Brussels in the hope that he will get the role of governor is a slave. But in an empire the governors are also slaves, they have to do what the "emperor" commands. It must be seen that they want to create an empire in Europe that, like a satellite, orbits around the financiers of the USA and acts according to their instructions.
– Speaking of financiers, their power is almost unlimited even today. Is it even possible to effectively fight against this?
- A free man does not allow himself to be forced into a slave line. We believe that people are free when they live well, when they have sovereignty and subsidiarity, when they can decide their own destiny. That is, in a real democracy. The kind of democracy we are experiencing in the USA now, or the attempt to export democracy, leads to a sick society. Self-determination based on traditions and legal traditions should not be taken away either. Because when do we create law? When you need to create order. It is necessary to create regulations that serve this order. This is the task of the government, of the government that was entrusted with this by the majority. Attacking this government from abroad is tantamount to attacking real democracy.
- At every election and every Peace March, we say that it is "decisive". How is this situation different from the previous ones?
– The starting point is different. So far we have run after our money, now we want to keep it. We have an economy on solid foundations by our side, but behind us is a debased political outfit that wants to get back into power. In the former Gyurcsány regime, the Hungarian treasury was successfully devoured, the IMF loan was hung around our necks, this meant a debt of 2.5 million for every Hungarian citizen, in which predatory privatization was rampant, in which a trap of foreign currency loans was set up. Now these figures are trying to gain power again, we have to make it clear that we don't ask from them. Those who for some reason do not like the current government should also think about whether they are living better than 10 years ago? Can't they see that despite the pandemic, unemployment has never been as low as it is now? Don't they feel that they can get ahead year after year, if not with big leaps, but definitely with small steps. If you have thought this through, consider that today's opposition has already shown with 8 years of tragic governance how to demonstrate the opposite. Are you sure they have to choose evil over good? The saying goes, "don't give up the beaten path for the untraveled". It's true, we've already been on the Gyurcsány road, but it led to the abyss. We don't want to go back to it. The Peace Process also carries this message.
