The REFUND statement for the tax refund of private individuals raising children is now available on NAV's online interface.
The declaration can be submitted until December 31.
The document can be accessed from the Szja refund window on the NAV website by clicking on the statement (https://szjavissde.hu) and using the customer gateway identification on the interface of the online form filling application (ONYA).
To fill out the declaration, click on the New form/announcement and then on the Tax return tile.
According to the tax authority, the document can also be filled out with a mobile phone or tablet.
NAV fills out the RETURN declaration in advance with the available data. Following the provision of data by the body that pays the family allowance, the NAV will also fill in the transfer data, which is expected from the second week of November. Those who receive family allowance should wait for this. If the data known to the NAV are complete, there is no need to submit the declaration.
The RETURN statement can be completed not only online, but also on paper, and can be submitted by post or in person. The general form filling framework program (ÁNYK) can also be used for the declaration. For paper submission, the form can be downloaded and printed from NAV's website or available at NAV's customer services.
