The government launched a new consultation entitled "Hungary on the Green Road". People's opinions on environmental issues are asked online.
"The goal of the Government of Hungary is to create points of agreement on important issues that define the everyday lives of Hungarians. Environmental protection is one of these," writes the Government Information Center.
This time, instead of a paper-based consultation, the government is launching an online dialogue, so that everyone can say what they think about the most important issues of environmental protection: among other things, the eradication of illegal waste dumps, the promotion of renewable energy, or the use of green energy in transport.
