After László Bige, who was suspected of economic crimes, another left-wing billionaire stood behind Márki-Zay - this was announced by Márki-Zay himself. The new supporter: billionaire entrepreneur Gábor Bojár, founder of Graphisoft, who previously sponsored Péter Juhász.

After László Bige, another Hungarian billionaire, Gábor Bojár, the founder of Graphisoft, also stood behind Péter Márki-Zay, reports Mandiner . Péter Márki-Zay announced this himself in the podcast of left-wing activist Márton Gulyás.

In the Sunday broadcast of the Partizán podcast, Péter Márki-Zay mentioned Bojár as the developer of his economic policy program related to enterprises. Márki-Zay repeatedly emphasized, writes the observer Forbes, that it is not a shadow government, that is, it is not about them being the ministers later, as they agreed with the parties not to distribute positions until they won the elections. The candidate for prime minister of the left declared: "Now there are tasks and not positions" . These tasks are put together by a group of experts who prepare the election or subsequent government program, the magazine explains. In the most important areas, their election program will be ready this year, but we already know that, for example, the foundation for the introduction of the euro will be included in the program.

Márki-Zay said that he would also like to see economist Péter Ákos Bod, the former president of the MNB, in the government preparations. In addition to Bojár, Júlia Király, the former vice president of the MNB, will be a member of the expert team, who will deal with monetary issues, Ádám Steinmetz will be responsible for sports, and Zoltán Komáromi will be responsible for health issues. He pointed out that the lawyer Zoltán Fleck has already set up a public law advisory board to make suggestions on questions related to the constitution and to settle the issues of public law transition.

With a fortune of HUF 28.6 billion, Gábor Bojár is the 49th richest Hungarian.

Bojár built his billion-dollar fortune through the very serious state investments he received in the communist system. In recent years, he has supported the Hungarian radical left with substantial sums. In the beginning, he supported Péter Juhász, who failed miserably in the 2018 election, and even vacationed at his vacation home in Nice. After that, he sided with Momentum and then blackmailed them, because Momentum had not yet joined the left coalition in the 2018 election. His assets are more than HUF 30 billion, reports Origo .
