The Commissioner of Fundamental Rights found that the employer violated the requirement of equal treatment by not providing a transgender employee with the use of a workplace changing room and restroom corresponding to his gender identity, according to the Háttér Társaság statement on Wednesday.

According to the company, Petra had been working at her workplace for several years when she came out as transgender and later underwent gender reassignment surgery.
According to the information of the Háttér Társaság, the transgender worker repeatedly asked his employer to use the women's changing room and washroom. The employer initiated a vote among female employees on whether they would agree to this. The majority of the staff voted it down.

Afterwards, with the help of Háttér Társaság, the transgender employee turned to the General Directorate for Equal Treatment of the Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights, where it was established that the transgender woman had suffered a disadvantage at work.

In the decision, the unlawful condition was ordered to be terminated and the employer was obliged to somehow ensure the use of changing rooms and restrooms that take into account their gender identity for their transgender employees.

Mental illness seems to be invading Hungary as well, and Dr. Ákos Kozma, who would know that the Hungarian Basic Law clearly defines that there are two genders: male and female. If we continue like this, tomorrow any man will be able to pee on the ladies even without a makeover surgery, after all, he can say that he is ultimately a woman and that his place is in the women's bathroom.

We would like to know what Mr. Kozma (who graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University with a law degree!?!) would say if a woman who looks like a man pulls down her pants (panties?) at the same time that his lovely wife is also doing her business in the women's bathroom.
