One of the producers revealed: James Bond may even be non-binary in the future.

Casting for the next James Bond film will begin in 2022.

Producer Barbara Broccoli has confirmed that the next 007 agent will not be a woman, but the character does identify as non-binary.

(Non-binary, according to "progressives", means someone who does not identify as either male or female and usually uses the personal pronoun "they".)

"I don't think we should be making movies where women play men"

Broccoli said.

“I think we should make more films about women. I think Bond will be a man.”

"Maybe one day it can be non-binary?" asked presenter Anna Smith.

"Who knows?" the producer replied. “I mean, I think it's open. We just need to find the right actor.”

Daniel Craig, who has played the secret agent in several films, has previously said he does not believe the next James Bond should be a woman.

Daniel Craig has officially wrapped up his famous spy roles with 'No Time To Die'.

The producer previously told BBC Radio 4's "Today" program that the search for Craig's successor would not begin until 2022, and that there was currently no clear candidate.
