Miskolc.hu reported that the Avasi observation deck is once again dressed in festive decorations and transformed into the country's tallest symbolic Christmas tree .
The 72-meter-high TV tower was "transformed into a giant pine" for the first time last year, with a total of 35 strings of lights, each 30 meters long, strung on steel ropes and more than a thousand colorful LED bulbs, giving one of Miskolc's best-known symbols a real Christmas atmosphere. Similar to last year, the other surfaces of the tower's facade will be painted green this year with special colored lights, which symbolize the branches of the pine and the green needles of the Christmas tree.
The people of Miskolc and those coming to the city can admire this festive spectacle, which is unique in the country, until January 3.
One of the country's most famous bridges was also turned into a giant Christmas tree.
The Megyeri bridge near the capital will be transformed into the country's largest public Christmas tree.
The pylon and inclined cables of the Megyeri Bridge on the Pest side of the bridge over three days, December 21-23. between, they will receive special decorative lighting, so the building will become a huge, green Christmas tree.
Anyone can admire the unique light painting of the pylon of the 100-meter, i.e. 35-story high bridge, in the spirit of tuning in to the holiday, on the designated days between 4:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. At the same time, it is important information of public interest that anyone who wants to view the unusual sight by not only crossing the Megyeri Bridge should not stop at the stop lane, it can only be used in the event of a technical fault.
