In the heat of the day, every juice equals a jackpot, but it's also not indifferent to how healthy the drink is. This time, master chef Péter Buday provides ideas for making lemonades.

Fruit lemonade 200 g/portion

I make these drinks with a smoothie, because then all the valuable parts of the fruit remain in it.
It can only be given to children freshly made. It has to be stirred from time to time, because the thick part will settle to the bottom.
If it's very hot, you should add frozen fruit pieces to these lemonades instead of ice cubes when serving. Mint leaves can also be added to each lemonade.

Watermelon lemonade
I remove the melon rind.
I'll take it out. I blend it together with the apple and the other ingredients. I dilute it with water. Ingredients: 1500 g of watermelon, 100 g of squeezed lemon juice, 200 g of apples with their skins, 40 g of honey, 800 g of water.

Melon lemonade
I remove the melon rind.
I'll take it out. I blend it together with the apple and the other ingredients. I dilute it with water. Ingredients: 1500 g cantaloupe, 100 g squeezed lemon juice, 200 g apple with the peel, 40 g honey, 800 g water

Peach lemonade
I remove the seed from the fruit.
If it's a peach, then the skin too. If the lemonade is made with nectarines, the peel remains. I mix all the ingredients together and dilute them with water.
Ingredients: 1200 g of nectarines or peaches, 200 g of apples, 40 g of honey, 100 g of squeezed lemon juice, 2 g of ground cinnamon, 3 g of almond flavoring, 800 g of water.

Pear lemonade
I mix the ingredients together.
and dilute it with water. Ingredients: 1200 g pears, 40 g sugar, 100 g squeezed lemon juice, 2 g ground white pepper, 800 g water.

Cheers!
