The creation of the Hisztéria confectionary in Tápiószecső, made without added sugar, won the Sugar-Free Cake of Hungary competition, which is announced every year by the Egy Csepp Figyelem Foundation together with the National Industrial Board of Hungarian Confectionery Industry. The victory of the "Rose of Besterce" was announced at a press conference held in Budapest, in the Hunting Room of the Parliament, where the Cake of Hungary 2021 was announced, which became a confection called "Sunflower", as well as the cake of the World Hunting and Nature Exhibition, a creation called "Nimród". The public will be able to taste the winning cakes from August 20 in many pastry shops in the country.

This year's winner of Hungary's Sugar-Free Cake was the rose of Beszterce, made by Krisztián Füredi, master pastry chef of the Hisztéria confectionery in Tapiószecső. Apricot plays the main role in this cake with an elegant appearance and harmonious taste, without added sugar. The excellent fruit appears in several layers, in the form of jelly and mousse among the textures, and is even included in the sponge cake in the form of peach seed flour. Its fresh taste goes well with walnuts and dark chocolate, the pairing is reminiscent of traditional Hungarian cakes.
