After the employees of Deutsche Telekom in Hungary were able to get their hands on the company's sensitization manual, it has now become clear that the company is also making serious efforts to "accept" it on its intranet interface. From now on, ladies should not be surprised if they run into their male colleagues in the bathroom...!

After the employees of Deutsche Telekom in Hungary recently received the company's transgender handbook, which considers it important to display gender diversity even in the design of the building, the company's internal sensitization program is unlikely to continue.

A member of the CitizenGO community sent the NGO the screenshots from Telekom's intranet, which show additional interesting facts about how it tries to influence the thinking of the telecommunications company's employees. The "LGBTQI supporter's square" interface can be accessed from the "Sokszált Telekom" page of the intranet, which already includes a "Trans space".

In the latter, among other things, the company's employees can read about the fact that they can use the bathroom that best suits their gender identity and that is most comfortable for them to use - in fact, this is specifically requested by the company's management. Anyone who feels that they need confirmation or support regarding the use of the bathroom can contact the "corporate diversity and equal opportunities expert". Based on the above, female employees of Telekom should no longer be surprised if men also visit the women's bathroom, because it is "comfortable" for them.

On the same interface, the company assures its employees that it is "working on the development of the process" regarding the use of transgender names.

As we previously pointed out, since December 2021, the head of Deutsche Telekom's LGBTQ sensitization courses has been a transgender named Katie Neeves, who is a man living as a woman. "Katie" - who used to be Martin for fifty years - presents herself as a "trans ambassador" and makes it her mission to convince; being trans isn't just okay, it's downright cool. She herself admits that she suffers from gender identity disorder (gender dysphoria), which is a mental disorder according to the DSM-5 diagnostic book.
