On Christmas Eve, after the midnight mass, the facade of the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Warsaw was vandalized. The as yet unknown vandals wrote on the wall of the Roman Catholic basilica that they were going to build a night club in its place, reports the international news agency V4NA and the Catholic Arena news portal, which broadcasts religious content.
The statue of Christ in front of the basilica has already been desecrated by pro-abortion and LGBTQ activists. The anti-Christian attack in Warsaw, timed for Christmas, fits in well with the radical left-wing activism of the last few weeks, which aims to abolish Christmas in the name of cancel culture, or at least to reduce its importance.
"Here it will be techno", "World State" - they wrote with red paint on the facade of the Basilica of the Holy Cross in the center of Warsaw after the Christmas Eve celebration mass. The extremists would therefore transform the Roman Catholic basilica, which plays an important role in Polish history, into a night club.
Robert Bąkiewicz, head of the right-wing NGO called the Independence March Association, announced on Saturday that the National Guard will protect the basilica in the future.
The left-wing barbarians do not rest, he wrote on his Twitter page, where he also shared pictures of the damaged building.

In its news reports, the Polish press reminded that the church facility was the target of attacks by pro-abortion and LGBTQ activists a year and a half ago.
