There is no sign of him on his social media page, but according to data found on the website of the Parliament, Tímea Szabó, a politician from Párbeszéd, rents two offices.

Gergely Karácsony rents a property from a mysterious Chinese general trader to pay for his representative's expenses, and in the previous term he was in a relationship with a Spanish businessman. At least then, according to the signs, he rented the same office used by his party and its foundations. And this raises many questions.

According to the information gathered by dataRADAR, on November 11, 2018, through the Office of the Parliament, he entered into an indefinite contract with WANG LINXIAO, a general trader, and with Pezo Info Kft., which specializes in the purchase and installation of office machines according to its main activity. He rents an office per month for 223,000 forints from this and 130,000 forints from that, a total of more than 350,000 forints, a good salary.

Wang Linxiao is practically a phantom. Google does not throw up any Hungarian results for him except in the company directories and on the website of the Parliament, and from all this we can filter out that he currently runs a company operating a general store under the name of Mammutfenyő Hungary Kft., and previously ran a wine shop.

At the same time, Pezo Info was also in the news when the Economic Competition Authority (GVH) established in 2019 that the National Industry Board of Office Technology and Cash Register Machine Services, as well as a number of distributors and service companies, had engaged in illegal behavior: they coordinated their prices and distributor fees (i.e. cartelized). for the annual review of cash registers, as well as their recommendations, were also published.

Why does Tímea Szabó need two offices with taxpayers' money? – the staff of the independent press should ask him. The addresses of the offices are not even public, at least the member of parliament did not disclose any of them on his website.

At the same time, in various newsletters (e.g.: http://regivd.vd.hu/db/0E/1F/forro-drot-2017-04-d00005E1Faabe32a64817.pdf ) Paulay Ede utca 50 II. floor appears as a place where you can meet Tímea Szabó. This is the address of the headquarters of Párbeszéd and the foundation of the Christmas party, Megújuló Hungaryért.

According to the data available on parlament.hu, between 2014 and 2018, i.e. in the previous election cycle, Tímea Szabó rented not from the Chinese Wang Linxiao or from Pezo Info Kft., but from ARAMO IVEST KFT, led by the mysterious AUGUSTÍN MARSA SERRATS office for HUF 369,000 per month, so overall, for an amount similar to the current one. The Madrid businessman, about whom not too much information can be found on the internet, left the company after 2018, which is now owned by, among other things, the well-known Paulay 50. Befektetési Kft.

It is known from a public data request that Paulay Ede utca 50. II. At the time in question, the Párbeszéd foundation rented its floor from Aramo Invest at a price of 502.5 Euro+VAT/month, so roughly 220,000 forints. The door is not given, so it can be assumed that a single office was rented out on the first floor, which was either unusually rented by three people (the party, the foundation and Tímea Szabó) at the same time (in this case at an amazing price of about HUF 700-800 thousand), or by the MSZP in Hódmezővásárhely s party office, we are facing a similar situation, and we are only talking about Párbeszéd reducing its office expenses at the expense of public funds.

As you may remember, the Adataradar portal reported in detail that the office of the MSZP in Vásárhely is rented by Lajos Korózs, who is not connected to the district in any way, at the expense of the representative's budget. Like him, Tímea Szabó has nothing to do with VI. district, since according to his declaration of assets he lives in Óbuda and runs there, in the capital's individual electoral district no. 10.
