The tax refund has started!

Almost HUF 50 billion will go to families in the first days of February.

Starting today, families who requested delivery by post will receive their family tax refund, wrote Minister of Finance Mihály Varga in a video post published on his social media page.

This means that more than 160,000 families will receive nearly HUF 50 billion these days, the minister added.

THOSE WHO REQUEST THE REFERENCE TO A BANK ACCOUNT WILL RECEIVE THEIR PERSONAL INCOME TAX PAID LAST YEAR BEFORE THE LEGAL DEADLINE, UNTIL FEBRUARY 14.

With the family tax refund, we return a total of HUF 600 billion to parents raising children - Mihály Varga reminded us of one of the important government measures supporting families.
