The program of the Rákóczi Association welcomes 1,000 young people living in the diaspora together again this year. The 2022 Diaspora Program will be presented on Tuesday by János Árpád Potápi, the state secretary responsible for national policy, and Csáky Csongor, the president of the Rákóczi Association.

In 2016, with the support of the Hungarian Government, the Rákóczi Association was able to launch its highly successful Diaspora Program, which was suspended in the spring of 2020 due to the coronavirus epidemic. We are confident that this year the missed trips and meetings can be realized and the Hungarian youth of the Carpathian Basin and the wider world can be together again - writes the Rákóczi Association in its statement.

Young people between the ages of 10 and 25 living in the diaspora can choose from a pilgrimage to Csíksomlyo, eight thematic summer camps and an Advent program. This year, the Diaszpóra Program also offers the opportunity for teachers and trainers working in weekend Hungarian schools and in various Hungarian communities to participate in the Összmagyar Teacher's Camp in July.
