Bennfentes has published another fact-finding material, which reveals that the socialists have gambled away the real estate assets of the former party state into their own hands. The investigative article reveals not only how the successor party acquired the properties of the MSZMP, but also how they passed them on to some party members. Let's see the evidence of the ten million mutt!
Bennfentes , the former local party office building became the property of the president of the local MSZP from the Hungarian State in several steps, at questionable purchase prices. The owner MSZP president is a personal friend and ally of the local left-wing opposition candidate, Zoltán Vajda, who constantly makes accusations of corruption. Albán utca, located in the Sashalom district, is located in an increasingly developing garden city neighborhood, just three HÉV stops from Örs vezér square. The Hungarian Socialist Party had its party office on this street for a long time. The property, located on a plot of nearly a thousand square meters, was owned by the Hungarian State for a long time. Today, however, it is owned by the local MSZP president and entrepreneur Ferenc Csizmazia.
The specific "privatization", as reported by the portal, took place in several steps. First, the property classified as a "removed party office" passed from the state to the socialists, then from the party to the party chairman and his family, and finally to the party chairman himself.
If "the revolution devours its own children", then what about the party, which is eventually brought to the brink of destruction partly by the profiteering of its own young members?
- asks the Insider, after examining a XVI. the history of the district socialist party office. The portal draws attention to the fact that the MSZP is now struggling with real estate problems nationally, and has paid off part of the price of its former party headquarters. However, there were those who seem to have done very well during the financial weakening of the party. The party property on Albán Street is now owned by the local party chairman, who is a big supporter of Zoltán Vajda, the local opposition candidate, who constantly calls out corruption. Based on several relevant documents, the investigative portal revealed how one of Vajda's main supporters, Ferenc Csizmazia, acquired the extremely lucky property.
The XVI. The local branch of the socialists has been operating at 21 Albán utca in the district for a long time. During the years of socialism, the Mikszáth cinema in Sashalm operated here, and in the press of the eighties, the property appeared as the location of so-called "social debates" related to the "elections". According to a 1990 issue of Népszabadság, the MSZP election center of electoral district No. 24 was already here. In 1998, the local socialist Mátyás Szabó Lajos invited the people from the neighborhood to a meeting here. According to a land registry document, the Budapest Council of the MSZP had the right to use the state property from 1997. Their ownership was registered on August 12, 2008, when the socialists in government practically privatized the party office for themselves. Copies of the ownership papers clearly show the changes in ownership of the party office: the property moved from the state to the party, from the party to the family members of the local party chairman, and then to Ferenc Csizmazia.
The portal is also in possession of the contract on this matter, which was signed by Miklós Tátrai, CEO of Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkeszela Zrt., on behalf of the state. It is worth knowing about the Tatras that Ferenc Gyurcsány wrote about it as follows:
Miklós Tátrai will go to prison this morning. Instead of me. His crime was that he refused to testify falsely against me in the Sukoró trial.
According to the contract, MSZP had the right to purchase the property based on a law, the purchase price was HUF 19.2 million, according to the opinion of the judicial real estate expert. László Puch signed the contract on behalf of the buyer MSZP on May 22, 2008. After that, the property, located on a 917-square-meter lot and with a 196-square-meter superstructure, remained in party ownership for a few years. Until September 24, 2015, when the MSZP sold it to three members of the Csizmazia family, Ferenc Csizmazia and his two brothers. It is also interesting that this time the purchase price was only HUF 16 million. All of this is also interesting because between 2008 and 2014, the cumulative inflation rate was 29 percent, and from the summer of 2014, real estate prices began to rise at rocket speed. So, it seems, the MSZP could have lost heavy millions on the case on which the local president could have won millions.
With another sale, Ferenc Csizmazia finally bought out his two brothers after barely half a year, in 2016. The purchase price of the two-thirds of the property in the name of the Csizmazia brothers - despite the further rise in real estate prices - was only HUF 7 million (a contract for this was also obtained by the Insider). A big question is how Vajda, who constantly mentions corruption, will comment on the privatization of the party office in several steps, the beneficiary of which was ultimately his friend and political ally
the portal asks.
