Katalin Novák spent three days in Nógrád, and during this time she visited several small settlements where the president of the republic had not been before, and this apparently meant a lot to the people living there.

The interview given by the President of the Republic after his visit to Nógrád County last week can be read in both the printed and online versions of the Nógrád County Newspaper.

Katalin Novák emphasized: she would like more and more people to see Nógrád as a hidden resource. If there is support and adequate attention, the people of Nograd can also show how much strength there is in this region, he pointed out, adding:

The county of Nógrád is getting stronger and has many hidden reserves.

We all deal with the poor

In response to a question about the above-average weight loss and aging of the county's population, he said: the conditions and infrastructural conditions must be created that enable even a person living in a small settlement to remain a part of the country's circulation, to gain access to culture, to have access to various services, his children receive a suitable quality education so that they have a perspective, he emphasized.

As he said, there are more and more good examples of this throughout the country and in Nógrád, and the government has the intention to strengthen rural Hungary.

Speaking about the social problems, including the low level of education affecting the county, he explained: in order to replace illiteracy with education, unemployment with high employment, and starting a family with a sense of responsibility, helpers are needed and the determination of those in need of help is also needed.

The President of the Republic also drew attention to the fact that

we all have to deal with those who live in difficult circumstances in Hungary.

Katalin Novák called public employment a tool that helps you return to or get back on the path to the world of work, to experience what it means to work for a salary, pay taxes afterwards, and then live with tax benefits even after children. This also leads to a kind of awareness, he added.

Go to the Army!

In response to the question about the national defense, he said, among other things, that he hopes that Irány a Sereg will reach many people! recruitment campaign, and the voluntary reserve system is open to almost anyone.

The President of the Republic also touched on this: he listened to the plans of the county leaders on how to make Nógrád more attractive from a tourist point of view. As he said, he is confident that with the provision of adequate resources, Nógrád will place itself even more on the tourist map of Hungary.
