" Russian President [Vladimir] Putin may drive tanks around Kiev, but he will never win the hearts and souls of the Iranian people," Biden said live on the night of March 1 at the Capitol Building in Washington. The full text of Biden's speech, released to the media by the White House on Tuesday (and embargoed pending delivery), reveals that the president was referring to the heart and soul of the "Ukrainian" people instead of the Iranians.
Online observers noted that Kamala Harris appeared to react to the mention of the Iranians in the speech. "Biden committed the blunder -- one of several during the speech -- when he tried to address Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24," Breitbart wrote.
