Viktor Mikita, head of the Subcarpathian County Military Administration Office, held a press conference on March 2, TV21 Ungvár .

Viktor Mikita reacted to the statements disparaging Hungary that were spreading on social networks.

– It is not important and has no impact on the provision of equipment for the troops in Central Ukraine, whether or not it allows the transport of weapons on the territory of Hungary. We have the routes worked out and it doesn't affect those processes. Hungary sends a lot of humanitarian aid to the country, from fuel to basic items. I am asking the population not to interfere in the work of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the army. It has no effect on it, but some people still publish statements about Hungary. I am speaking to those citizens who publish statements on the Internet, I know them. Better come and join the territorial defense units. We will give you weapons and let them protect the country, but they should not evaluate the independent experts, the foreign policy of our country, because they are not competent and do not understand it - declared the head of the county office.
