Oreo advertises its chocolate cookies with an LGBTQ propaganda video. Another good example of when a multinational company settles on a current social issue is to try to promote its products in this way, confident that it can score good points with the LGBTQ community.

The commercial features an Asian boy who is about to tell his grandmother that he is gay after being encouraged to do so by his mother. The cake itself may appear on one occasion in the video: when the boy's sister eats a piece of it.

Obviously, the aim was not to present the properties and taste of the product itself. They just want to spread LGBTQ propaganda from as many directions as possible.

"Coming out doesn't just happen once," Oreo tweeted, adding:

It is a journey that requires love and courage at every step.”

The ad was created in partnership with PFLAG, which describes itself as "the first and largest organization that unites parents, families and allies with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people."

This isn't the first time Oreo has dabbled in spreading propaganda. In 2020, they advertised their chocolate cookies on their Twitter page with a rainbow flag and the colors of transgender people, reports 888.hu.
