The number of vaccinated people is 6,403,956, of whom 6,189,220 received the second, 3,851,024 the third, and 272,286 the fourth. The number of confirmed new infections is 2,400, thus increasing the number of identified infections to a total of 1,868,007 since the beginning of the epidemic.
37 people died, most of them old, chronic patients, so the number of deceased people rose to 45,721. 1,688 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospitals, 50 of them are on ventilators.
The virus continues to pose the greatest risk to the unvaccinated, which is why they are still being asked to get vaccinated. The booster vaccination is also recommended for everyone who received the first vaccination more than 4 months ago. Vaccination is still possible at hospital vaccination points, family doctors and family pediatricians. The registration and appointment website is constantly open.
