According to a statement from the Budapest Transport Center (BKK), the entire road section between Margit Bridge and Eötvös Square will be opened to vehicle traffic at 6 a.m. on Monday, and the Jane Haining wharf between Chain Bridge and Erzsébet Bridge will be usable in both directions, as it has been replaced by one of the city's its aged drinking water main pressure pipe on the affected sections of the Danube bank in Pest.

After the completion of the drinking water pipeline construction works on the József Antall Sr. wharf and the Jane Haining wharf, the replacement of the main pressure pipe on the Széchenyi wharf (between Jászai Mari tér and Markó utca) can begin on April 19 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.
