After the parking corruption scandal, the left-wing struggle continues in Zugló, which may end with the sale of a 7-hectare children's camp in Óbuda. MSZP and DK clash over wealth. It seems that the sale of the MSZP-owned, now neglected, weedy camp, which has been unused for 10 years, has fallen through, the management of the area has been transferred to the company in the hands of DK, so from now on they can sell the area.
Some people really want to acquire the children's camp on the Danube in Pünkösdfürdő of the municipality of Zugló - Ákos Hadházy recently announced on his Facebook page that something is not right around the municipality's house, and if they want to sell the camp, then "they should do it properly". the representatives.
The newly elected Member of Parliament put it right there: "Something has finally started, at Monday's board meeting the representatives can decide to hand it over to Zuglói Sport- és Rendezvényszerzégo Non-profit Kft. instead of the asset manager."
The post has since disappeared, and Hadházy ran into a dead end: a sport kft. because the local DK organization and the asset manager are the back of the socialists according to the government representative Ádám Borbély, who spoke to Metropol , who believes that the children's camp with an uncertain fate is a victim of the infighting between the uncooperative left-wing party coalition.
At the board meeting, Hajdu Flórián MSZP deputy mayor submitted an amending motion at the last moment, suggesting that the children's camp be offered to the National Humanitarian Coordination Council for Ukrainian refugees. With the stipulation that the property would have to be put into useable condition for them, MSZP would have gained time in the fight for the management of the camp. According to Hajdu's vision, if this does not work, then the sale of the children's camp in its current state should also be considered. At the board meeting, the amendment proposal was voted down, so the original idea was realized, which transferred the unused 7-hectare area from the asset manager to the municipality's sport ltd.
According to Ádám Borbély, the representative of Fidesz-KDNP in Zugló, the case of the children's camp, which is in an unworthy condition and has an uncertain future, is another proof that the left-wing parties are not working for the district. After the parliamentary election, their internal struggle to gain even more power and money accelerated, which now means the "ousting" of the socialists, and Ákos Hadházy takes an active role in this.
The unused children's camp, located on the precious banks of the Danube in Óbuda, was valued at more than half a billion. Gergely Karácsony did nothing as mayor, he let it explode. The Zugló municipality has been delaying its repairs for more than 10 years, the representatives have never earmarked money for the renovations - but they keep it for 10-15 million forints every year. Although the district has a children's camp in Soltvadkerten, it is still incomprehensible why the left-wing board lets its kindergartens fail. Presumably, the camp's future was sealed a long time ago. According to Fidesz representative Ádám Borbély, the point is precisely that the area has fallen into an unworthy state:
"In this case, the main thing for them is not the utilization and renovation, a settlement that is also reassuring for the people of Zugló, but which left-wing representative group (the local DK, Momentum or the MSZP) can get control. In the long term, due to the lack of use, and because Zugló already has a working children's camp, the sale or exchange of the property in Óbuda is expected, so the left-wing representatives of Zugló do not care who and under what system handles the deal."
"Furthermore", as Borbély says, "if we look at the previous parking scandal or the practice of real estate tycoons with the capital's commission system, the question also arises as to why the MSZP, DK and Momentum are clinging to a property that has been closed for a teenager?"
"The redistribution of local government companies and positions takes place under the command of Ákos Hadházy, and through him some people are trying to get as big a slice of the Zugló pie as possible. The acquisition of the asset management company, which represents the 5.5-billion-dollar hinterland of the local socialists, could be the next stop, with which, and by obtaining the majority on the board, they can achieve the relegation of the previously all-encompassing MSZP."
