Vaccination campaign days are also held every Friday, when you can visit the vaccination points without making an appointment between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

They pointed out that the virus poses the greatest risk to the unvaccinated, so they are still being asked to get vaccinated.

The booster vaccination is recommended for everyone who received their first vaccination more than four months ago, they wrote.

According to the map on the koronavirus.gov.hu ​​website, the most infected people have been registered in Budapest (336,311) and Pest County (257,782). This is followed by Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén (110,640), Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg (103,149), Győr-Moson-Sopron (102,037), Hajdú-Bihar (100,001) and Bács-Kiskun counties (95,467). The county least affected by the infection is still Tolna (40,070).

There are 1,451 people in official home quarantine, the number of samples taken is 11,324,260.
