NIF Nemzeti Infrastructura Fejlsztő Zrt. announced in the EU public procurement bulletin the results of the procedure for the 11.5-ton pavement reinforcement design of the main roads of Eastern Hungary.
The net 1.5 billion HUF worth of work can be carried out by Főmterv Zrt. and Vonalvezeti Kft., Magyar Építők writes about the project.
In the three-part task, the Master Plan
the changing sections between highway 22 Rétság and highway 21, respectively
carries out the design of the pavement reinforcement of the section of highway 26 between Kazincbarcika and the national border.
The duty of the Line Manager
preparation of permit and execution plans for the pavement reinforcement of the Baktalórántháza - Nyírbátor section of highway 493 (between roads 41-471).
According to the plans, the pavement will be reinforced for a total length of 30 kilometers on the variable sections between highway 22 Rétság and highway 21. Parallel to the 2×1 lane road, a 60-kilometer cycle path would be created. Part of the work is the correction of 7 junctions and the renovation of 9 bridges.
On the 2x1-lane highway 26 between Kazincbarcika and the national border, the pavement would be reinforced on a section 25 kilometers long.
THE 10 BRIDGES FOUND HERE WILL BE RENOVATED AS NECESSARY, AND A BICYCLE PATH WOULD BE FORMED PARALLEL WITH THE ROAD FOR APPROXIMATELY 16 KILOMETERS.
The section of the 2x1-lane public road No. 493, main road 41 – Nyírbátor, would be strengthened over a length of approximately 17 kilometers, of which 14.4 kilometers are outside the area, and 2.6 kilometers are inside the area. In the course of the work, 2 new roundabouts would be created, and a new 5.2 kilometer cycle path would be built between Ófehértó and Nyírgyulaj.
